Douglas J. Ketterer
Managing Director, Head of Field Management, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Head of Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management
Douglas J. Ketterer is Head of Field Management for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Head of Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. He also serves as a member of Morgan Stanley's Management Committee and the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Executive Committee.

Doug is responsible for overseeing Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management branch office network, comprising of three divisions with 12 regions of approximately 17,000 global representatives. In addition, Doug runs Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, which exclusively serves ultra high net worth individuals, families and their foundations.

Doug has over two decades of experience in financial services and has held several senior management roles across all three of the firm's divisions. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1990 in the corporate finance division and later moved to investment banking. After joining the firm's asset management division, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Doug became Head of the Product Development Group and Chief Strategic and Administrative Officer, where he also headed the Strategic Planning & Administration Group.

Since joining the wealth management division, Doug has had numerous responsibilities including running the Products Group, which had comprised a number of departments offering products and services through Morgan Stanley's Global Wealth Management Group. Prior to his current role, Doug was the Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney's Wealth Management Group.

A native of Long Island, NY, Doug attended the University of Albany's School of Business and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also received a Master of Business Administration from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Doug is married and lives in Laurel Hollow, NY, with his wife and three children.

James J. Mahon
Managing Director, Head of Private Wealth Management Client Development and Solutions
James J. Mahon is a Managing Director in Private Wealth Management. Jim began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1988 as an advisor in the San Francisco office. In 1990 he assumed responsibility for the management of the San Francisco office and continued in that role for the next 10 years. Since that time, Jim has held a number of senior roles within Global Wealth Management, including Associate Director for the Western US, Western Regional Manager and Head of Private Wealth Management. Jim was promoted to Managing Director in 1996 and now resides in New York, NY. He is part of the Private Wealth Management Management Committee. Jim graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in finance. He is on the Lehigh Leadership Committee and served as an advisory member of the Executive Board of the Bay Area Boy Scouts of America.

Devon Baranski
Managing Director, Private Wealth Management Southwest Regional Manager
Devon Baranski is a Managing Director and Regional Manager for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in the Southwest. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Devon was a senior managing director and partner at Leerink Swann and spent 15 years at Merrill Lynch, where he served as the western regional manager for Merrill Lynch's Private Banking and Investment Group.

Devon received his Bachelor of Arts from Yale University. He is actively involved in philanthropic efforts benefiting children's education and the arts, and he has served on the boards of South Central Scholars and the Los Angeles Opera.

Eric Busko
Executive Director, Private Wealth Management Southeast Regional Manager
Eric is an Executive Director and Regional Manager for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Eric worked in wealth management at Goldman Sachs and held both advisory and management positions at Bank of America's Private Bank. Additionally, Eric was a Navy pilot for eight years, with tours as a plane commander / mission commander of the P-3 Orion and as an instructor pilot in Pensacola, Florida.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science from the US Naval Academy and a Masters of Business Administration from University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.

He lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two daughters. He is on the Board of Trustees at Fernbank Museum of Natural History and on the Board of Governors for the Center for Ethics and Corporate Responsibility. Eric is a prior board member of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association, Atlanta Chapter. He is also a volunteer mentor for American Corporate Partners, an organization that helps transition veterans to the corporate job market.

Wendi Eckardt
Managing Director, Private Wealth Management Pacific Northwest Regional Manager
Wendi is a Managing Director and Regional Manager for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in the Northwest. She rejoined the firm in 2013 and has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. She also currently serves as an arbitrator for the NASD.

Wendi started her career as a Junior Branch Institutional Trader with Morgan Stanley back in 1992. She later worked as an institutional futures and options trader where she primarily focused on hedging strategies for Fortune 500 companies. In 1997 she changed her focus and worked predominately with individual clients on Financial Planning and Managed Money. In 1999, Wendi became the Sales Manager for the Morgan Stanley office in San Francisco and has been in management ever since. She has managed multiple wealth management offices for both Morgan Stanley and UBS.

Wendi earned a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the College of Notre Dame. She is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and has completed the Investment Strategist Consultant Program from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.

Wendi is a native of the Bay Area in California and currently resides in San Francisco.

David Jarach
Managing Director, Private Wealth Management Northeast Regional Manager
David Jarach is a Managing Director and Regional Manager for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in the Northeast. He also serves as a member of Private Wealth Management's Operating Committee and the Private Wealth Management Cross-Border Management Committee.

David started his career with Prudential Securities in 1992, working in the compliance and investment banking divisions. He joined Morgan Stanley's institutional equity division in 1995, where he advised both institutional and individual clients who sought to sell, hedge and/or monetize their concentrated control/restricted stock positions. In 1998, David transferred to Private Wealth Management's Risk Management Group. There, he led a team responsible for managing a multi-billion-dollar margin loan portfolio, approving all new product and individual client suitability analyses and managing all market related exposures and other risk issues.

David received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Tulane University in 1992. He is active in charitable organizations that focus on either the well being of children or the health and welfare of New Orleans' local musicians. David lives in Manhasset, NY, with his wife, Heidi, and their two children.

Artie Kieval
Executive Director, Private Wealth Management South Central Regional Manager
Artie Kieval is an Executive Director and Regional Manager for Private Wealth Management in the South Central region, a territory that includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico. Artie joined the firm in October 2008, after spending five years building Deutsche Bank's Wealth Management presence in the Houston market. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Artie served almost 20 years in a senior management capacity in several Smith Barney offices, including Dallas, Houston and Los Angeles. At Smith Barney he learned the institutional equity and fixed income businesses, the corporate client business and high net worth individual business.

Artie received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Board of the Sacred Heart Convent Retirement Trust and on the Finance Council of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church. Over the past several years, Artie has served on many charitable boards and given his time to many organizations. He and his wife, Suzi, have two children, Amanda and Steven.

Adriana Pineiro
Executive Director, Private Wealth Management Miami Regional Manager
Adriana Pineiro is an Executive Director and Regional Manager for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in Miami, Florida. She started her career in the industry in 1999 at the Merrill Lynch International office in Uruguay. She has held different senior management positions in several Latin America offices, including Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Coral Gables, in Florida overseeing international wealth management businesses across the entire region. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2009.

Adriana received a degree in International Business from the University of Uruguay. She has lived, studied and worked in France and England. She speaks five languages, and is involved in various charities in her home country, Uruguay.

She currently resides in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Chuck Rice
Executive Director, Private Wealth Management Midwest Regional Manager
Chuck Rice is an Executive Director and Regional Manager for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in the Midwest Region. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2008 where he was brought on as the Complex Manager of the downtown Chicago, IL, market. After the merger with Smith Barney, he became manager of the Madison Street branch. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Chuck was a senior managing director at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. where he was the regional head of Private Wealth for the Midwest Region. He also spent six years as a branch manager for UBS/PaineWebber.

Chuck earned his Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and his Masters of Business Administration from Lake Forest College. For the past five years, he has served as an advisor to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society/Illinois Chapter. He is deeply involved in a Chicago Public Schools partnership with Morgan Stanley, Working in the Schools, which provides tutoring to children in reading and math.

Chuck lives in Chicago with his wife and four children.

Jeff Swartz
Managing Director, Private Wealth Management New England Regional Manager
Jeffrey Swartz is a Managing Director and Regional Manager for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in New England. He began his career with Morgan Stanley in 1990, working as a Financial Advisor in the Boston office. He was appointed Sales Manager of that office in 1994, Branch Manager of the Cincinnati office in 1996 and Associate Director of the Midwest region in 1999.

Jeffrey relocated to headquarters in New York, NY, in 2001 to assume the role of Director of Strategy. He was promoted to Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer in 2002. While in New York, Jeffrey developed and managed the institutional fixed income middle market channel. He then moved to Boston in 2006 to manage the Boston wealth management business.

Jeffrey received his degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
